Gone Tribe Travelin'
Most budget travelers are happy to find a good cause to help out with. If the good cause involves traveling, well so much the better. Right?
If you agree then you'll probably like the sound of this: a global tribe will soon develop a sustainable eco-community on an island in Fiji and they want you to join them. TribeWanted, a UK company that launched last week, is looking for 5,000 people to be part of this Reality-TV-like project.

What's it going to cost you? Not that much actually. There are three membership levels to choose from:
- Nomads get a one-year membership and seven nights on the island for USD 210;
- Hunters get a two-year membership and can stay for 14 nights for USD 420;
- and Warriors are member for three years and can stay for 21 nights for USD 630.
Springwise.com explains "When the 5000th member joins, the tribe will be formed and will start to make tribal decisions by voting through the online community at tribewanted.com, on issues such as the name of the tribe, type of infrastructure that will be required, and how to build an island community in an environmentally friendly way."
Who's in?
